FITGate Saga Continues

The government is appealing against the decision of the High Court that it acted illegally over its sudden changes to Feed In Tariffs (See earlier posts). The High Court judge initially refused leave to appeal on the grounds that any appeal would have “no realistic chance of success”. However, ministers have gone ahead with the appeal, which will be held on Friday 13th. It will be a fateful day…
