A thought provoking read. If an air source heat pump will work in these circumstances, a more modern home, with cavity wall insulation and energy efficient windows will be far less of a challenge. Ditching a gas or oil boiler will go a long way towards making your home low carbon. Something we all need to do for the sake of future generations.
