That's interesting. I approached Shropshire Council last week to inquire if they had thermal cameras to detect where energy is being lost from homes, as I watched a piece on Midlands Today informing the audience that some local authorities, such as S Gloucestershire did make these instruments available. They explained this instrument could be borrowed through the local libraries to assist householders in deciding where to focus their funds to make a difference to energy bills.
